Right in the city centre and yet quietly situated? And all this in a 200-year-old ancient monument with a modern hygge feeling? No problem at all. Our Große 73 holiday home, which was extensively renovated in 2018/2019 in accordance with the preservation order, is located in a courtyard of the old town of Flensburg and offers you exactly that – and much more.

Feel good in northern Germany

70  m² are spread over the three levels of the listed building and provide plenty of open living and sleeping space for two people. Start your holiday on the spacious roof terrace with Danish pastries from the bakery around the corner. And if the weather doesn’t show its sunny side, the living room, which partly opens up to the roof, promises high-quality furniture and modern equipment with Scandinavian flair. In the eat-in kitchen with oven and dishwasher you don't have to do without any comfort.

Experience Flensburg: Pedestrian area and harbour tip

With a few steps you reach the pedestrian area Große Straße, which offers you cafés, restaurants, clothing stores and much more on the right and left. At the tip of the harbour, which is only a three minutes' walk away, the panorama of the city and the fjord will make you want to stroll around, whilst pubs and restaurants invite you to linger. From here you can also take the excursion boat for tours throughout the fjord.

Costs and fees

The rent for the holiday home is 110 € per night, including bed linen and towels. Before the keys are handed over, a deposit of 100 € is required, which must be transferred in advance and will be refunded after the house has been inspected. For the obligatory final cleaning we charge a fee of 110 €.
