Flooded with light, just as the name suggests –
our holiday flat Sonnenschein ("Sunshine")
This spacious 3-room flat, measuring 85 square metres, is situated on the 3rd floor – easily accessible by lift – of an old but beautifully refurbished building with historic charm. This combination creates a very special holiday atmosphere right by the Sonwik marina. From here, you can enjoy a side view of the picturesque Flensburg Fjord, accompanied by a breathtaking panorama. The flat is characterised by its high standard of fittings and the large dormer windows, which create a bright and inviting living environment. In 2023, the flat was completely refurnished in a contemporary style and can accommodate up to three people.
A high standard of living comfort
The Sonnenschein holiday flat features a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, as well as a cosy smaller bedroom fitted with a single bed. If required, a travel cot can also be provided for our youngest guests (bed linen not included). The shower room and toilet are in separate rooms.
The spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen is perfect for cooking together in the evenings and relaxing. You’ll find all the cooking utensils you need in the well-equipped kitchen. The flat also features a high-quality flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the flat.
Shops are just a short cycle or drive away. There are bike racks right outside the front door, and the flat also comes with a private carport, which can be hired for a fee.
A quick note: due to the large dormer windows, which let in so much light during the day, the bedrooms cannot be completely darkened.
